General Provisions
These terms and conditions apply to the online store operated by Emporio d.o.o., Betnavska cesta 57, 2000 Maribor (hereinafter referred to as “Emporio” or “we”). They define the terms of purchase, rights, and obligations of users, and regulate the business relationship between the seller and the buyer. By placing an order in our online store, the buyer confirms they are aware of these terms and conditions and fully accept them.

Registration in the Emporio online store is not mandatory, but it facilitates easier order management and provides access to purchase history. Users must provide accurate information during registration, which will be used for processing orders.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the selected delivery method and product availability. Generally, delivery is made within 3–7 working days from the order confirmation. In the event of any delay, you will be promptly notified.

Cancellation and Returns
Buyers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. The cancellation must be submitted in writing via email or by post to the company’s address. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused, unless the product is defective or damaged. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Complaints
The buyer must submit any complaints about the goods no later than one day after receiving the goods. All complaints are handled in accordance with Emporio d.o.o.’s returns and complaints policy.

Data Protection

Limitation of Liability
Emporio d.o.o. is not liable for any errors in the published content of the online store, for changes in product features, delivery times, or delivery errors that result from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer.

These general terms and conditions are effective from the date of publication and are accessible on our website. We reserve the right to change the terms without prior notice. For any matters not specifically covered in these terms, the applicable laws of the Republic of Slovenia will apply.
